Product Features And Application

 

The shelf shuttle rack system is a relatively advanced space utilization solution for FIFO and LIFO operations. The specific implementation process of the racking system is that the forklift places the racking shuttle and the goods into the desired operation aisle. Controlled by a remote control, the shelf shuttle independently completes the lifting and travelling action of the goods, and delivers the pallets to the designated location.

 

Shuttle racking has the characteristics of high warehouse space utilization, high efficiency, high safety, good system stability, flexible operation mode, access to goods can be first-in-first-out. Production Details

 

Shelf shuttle racking system usually consists of shelves, shuttles, control system, conveyor system, warehouse management system (WMS), power supply system, safety system and other major components, but according to the specific application requirements, storage space, type of goods and other factors, the design and configuration of shelf shuttle racking system will be different.

 

(1) Welding technology

Shelf components are laser welded by German fully automatic laser welding machine.
